This eclectic bedroom community of nearby San Francisco has a lot to offer in terms of recreation (surfing, hiking, biking, art, family outings, etc.), variety of housing with easy access to the mid-San Francisco Bay Area peninsula. I’ve taken Sharp Park as a short cut over to the San Francisco Airport forever. It cuts right across Skyline to Hwy 280. Historically it’s been a great place for first time home buyers to get into the market, but the move-up and move-over buyers also pay attention when a special property comes on the market!
A high end home in Pacifica offers one or more of these features: ocean views and/or beautiful setting, great location for both privacy and access, well-maintained and clean, beautifully updated. Another plus that I’m hearing about more is walk-ability to coffee, hiking, shopping.
